With the AndX Scheduler module, booking appointments is easy. Search by Medicare, ID, last/first name, insurance card number, telephone number, birth date, etc., and get instant, detailed information even before creating the appointment. The ability to set statuses helps to manage appointments by tracking things like who has shown up for their appointment, what charts have been pulled, if this is a first time visit, etc. RAMQ billing is created right from the appointment. You can auto-apply your own predefined templates, making the creation of claims directly from the scheduler fast and easy.
Our system automatically calls or emails your patients to remind them of an upcoming or cancelled appointment.
